The DACG winner in the Commercial category was a renovation to a Private Country Club in Baltimore. The project was managed by Taylor Classen and site supervised by Kevin Atkinson. This was a fast-paced, high visibility project with an emphasis on sensitivity to the club’s schedule and the member’s scheduled functions and their enjoyment of the club. And, as requested by the Board and Management of the club, the club did not experience any downtime while the renovation was happening.

Delbert Adams Construction Group was also awarded a first place designation for the complete renovation of a 1920’s large brick house. The renovation consisted of an improvement to the space functionality and a complete update to a new standard of luxury and automation. Brandon Jones, Senior Project Manager, Rob McPherson, Site Supervisor, and Leslie Scantlin, Assistant Project Manager led the team to create this well appointed comfortable home.
