We’ve found that beyond just picking the right people, creating a truly integrated team comes from time together, sharing information and giving kudos where they are due. To further develop an atmosphere like that, we created “The Blueprint Bulletin.” Because so many of our staff are on job sites all day, we went digital by starting a monthly, inter-company e-newsletter reality in sent to all DACG team members in January 2019.
The Blueprint Bulletin was initiated as a vehicle to increase communication across the entire DACG employee base and bring the far-reaching job sites closer to home by showcasing pictures of projects from all of the different business units (DACG Commercial, Residential New Homes, Residential Remodels, Gold Seal Services and Sunnyfields Cabinetry). With many of the DACG teammates in the field, by reading the Blueprint Bulletin, we are all able to be part of what is happening across the company!
