Delbert Adams Construction Group is expanding, and we are looking for a Site Superintendent to join our Commercial team. Our Commercial team focuses on high-end/niche-oriented construction and remodeling projects in the retail, banking, education, country club, and restaurant industry within the greater Baltimore area.

Responsibilities
At DACG Commercial, the Site Superintendent is a key player in the company. They are onsite for this high-level project, managing and leading the team of trade partners and subcontractors, while adhering to the project specifications, timeline, and budget. A minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial construction Site Superintendent is required. The salary and bonus structure is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- The qualified candidate is experienced and able to manage the client, subcontractors/trades, and architectural/design professionals.
- Comfortable with technology
- Familiar with interpreting and following complicated specs and blueprints
- Able to handle and manage the schedule and budget, attend the progress meetings and provide insight and professional input
- Maintains a safe, clean, positive, and organized project site
- Conducts him/herself in a professional manner at all times.
